Sign Your Safety Waiver

Before you train with live ammunition with Azone Defense, every shooter must complete a safety waiver so we can confirm you understand the rules of the range and our expectations on the line. Please print and sign the correct wavier for non-CCW or CCW classes. This helps us keep every class focused on safe, efficient training.

You Must Bring Your Signed Waiver on 1st day of Class

No waiver is needed for:

• Non-Live Fire Classes
• Be the Protector Experience
